UPON BOOKING

• Receive confirmation e-mail with details to access the area.

• You will be asked to confirm your booking within one week of the scheduled time. 

• In event bookings are not re-confirmed the reservation will be made available to other users.

• Users will be directly charged for cleaning of the space. 

• Access available during normal building hours of 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday except via special arrangement.
