PARKING
Parking within the estate is on a prescribed basis. Please park only in the allocated spaces as per your lease agreement. If you are unsure of where you should park please consult with your company administrator.
In order to improve the tenant experience at the Ferntree Business Park, we have engaged with Anytime Towing commencing from the 1st August 2022, to have wrongly parked vehicles removed.
To avoid any inconvenience, please make sure that this information disseminated to all staff and visitors and all your cars are parked in their allocated spots. If you are unaware of your business’ allocated bays please reach out to the building management team members immediately.
How it works:
Anytime Towing procedures are as follows:
- Signs are erected at the entrances to the estate.
- When vehicles enter the property at the point where the sign has been erected, they will be entering subject to the terms and conditions shown on the sign.
- If the vehicle is parked in a tenant's car space, the tenant is to navigate to this link or visit anytimetowing.com.au and click the 'tow away authority form' button at the top of the page.
- You will be asked to record the make, model, colour, car registration number and car space number. A photo of the driving licence of the person requesting the removal of a vehicle must be attached (this is to prevent unauthorised requests for towing). Without this, the towing will not be authorised. Please also attach a photo of the offending vehicle.
- The tenant will then be required to let Anytime Towing in and out of the property if it is locked/does not have open access.
If your vehicle has been removed, please contact Anytime Towing on 0409 982 860 to discuss the fees involved to have your vehicle returned.
I HAVE A FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ISSUE
Please call the Colliers helpdesk on 1300 550 109. The phone is manned on a 24 hour basis. There is also an e-mail colliers.callcentre@colliers.com however please do note this is NOT monitored 24 hours a day. Any urgent issues should be reported to the Colliers Call Centre in the first instance.
I NEED A NEW ACCESS CARD
Please call the Colliers helpdesk to log a job. The Facility Manager will co-ordinate with you for the replacement of access cards. Please note that replacement or re-programming of cards carries a cost of $50 + GST per card.
I NEED A NEW PARKING REMOTE
Please call the Colliers helpdesk to log a job. The Facility Manager will co-ordinate with you for the replacement of access cards. Please note that replacement or re-programming of cards carries a cost of $70 + GST per remote.
COFFEE SHOP
LT Collins is located at front of No.1 Acacia Place and is open from 7am - 4pm, Mon - Fri. The coffee shop can provide a range of refreshments, meals and off site catering at cost to be negotiated directly with the operator.
BIKE PARKING LOCATIONS
There are various bike parking locations around the park at 1 Acacia Place, 3 Acacia Place, 5 Acacia Place, 8 Acacia Place and Multi Storey Car Park 1 (Acacia Place).
LOST & FOUND
Please hand in items to Building management at 5 Acacia Place (below Quest). Building Management will then circulate information through the estate.
CHILD CARE CENTRE
Within the estate Greenwood Early Education provide a Long Day Care service. Any arrangements for utilisation of the service are by direct negotiation with the service provider.
ACCOMMODATION
Within the estate Quest provide accommodation services for both short and long stay. Any arrangements for utilisation of the service are by direct negotiation with the service provider.
