The following activities were achieved in February 2021 from builder Hansen Yuncken.

Completion of 100% of the excavation, with levels in most of the basement at the base of B2.
Completion of 100% of the shotcrete walls and ground anchors in all basement walls.
Completion of the hardstand around the site.
Tower Crane base poured & Tower Crane erection completed.
Pad footings in B2 poured – approx. 50%.
Installation of In-ground services.

In March the structure will commence including the completion of all footings, ground slab and the structural columns will commence erection.
