Construction of 2 Ferntree Place is progressing well to date. There is excitement around the site with the building working its way out of the ground and the superstructure soon to be realised.

Key updates for March 2021;

Basement 1 lower slab poured.
Formwork for Basement 1 upper commenced.
External services are underway including the storm water connection to the north of the site.

Looking Ahead;

Hansen Yuncken focus for April is to ensure smooth progression of structure, in preparation of services and fit out beginning in the lower levels beginning in May.

There have been no safety incidents to date, and the site is well presented and organised.
