And were back…construction by Hansen Yuncken has resumed on site after the industry hiatus at the end of September.

Works that have been progressing across September included;

Facade installation (to 50% completion).
Progressing internal amenity fitout works, including tiling from Ground to Level 3.
Structural works finalised including planter box walls and rooftop mechanical plinths.
Sewer re-location works.

Forecasted to be completed across October (in progress)

Continuation of Facade installation.
Landscaping / civil works to be progressed including pavement works and external light poles.
Wall type changes to improve fire rating performance.
Additional outlets in amenities to be installed to improve operation of amenities areas for prospective tenants.
Security intercom installation.
