With 2021 passing its halfway point, the project for 2 Ferntree Place continues with great progress. With the building structure “topping out” in July 2021 and internal building services becoming evermore visible from the perimeter, the Gray Puksand designed structure is coming to life on a week by week basis - notably with the facade installation underway at ground level.

A summary of the achievements within June and July 2021 are summarised below.

June 2021

Pouring of Level 4 suspended slab.
Level 5 suspended slab formwork.
Basement works are nearing completion with final fit-off and finishes required.
Works to fit-off the amenities areas have commenced.
Sewer non-destructive digging works completed.

July 2021

Pouring of Level 5 suspended slab.
Pouring of level 5 topping slab completing the major structural works required to bring the 2 Ferntree Pl project to its finished height.
Ground-level façade installation commenced with approximately 5 façade units installed.
Works to install sheeting and ceilings in the ground floor amenities areas are underway and partially complete.
Level 2 amenities rough-in works have commenced.
Level 3 high-level services rough-in works have commenced.

August 2021

Ground-level and Level 1 façade installation ongoing.
