Another month of solid progress at 2 Ferntree Place for April 2021. We continue to see the structure rising out of the ground with the Ground Floor and Level 1 starting to take shape.
Key activities achieved by Hansen Yuncken in April.
Erection of precast panels in the lift core.
Preparing and pouring wet joint pours in the lift core.
Basement 1 suspended slab poured (Upper and Lower).
Ground Floor suspended slab poured.
Erection of panels for ramp entry into the car park.
Preparation of founding material beneath the carpark entry ramp.
Erection of formwork & steel fixing for L1 suspended slab.
Installation of In-ground services including sewer and storm water external connections.
In May 2021 we can expect to see the structure continuing to rise, likely to Level 3 formwork and steel fixing.
